I have lived and worked in real estate management in 4 countries across 3 continents for many decades and have found my home in condominium management and related software for the last decade or so in the Quebec and Ontario markets.  I am active in CCI and other similar associations, here and abroad, which allows me to bring a global context to the position. I have strengths in finance & accounting and operational management.  I am a USA CPA, licensed in the state of Georgia, and hold an MBA from 3 universities: (1) London School of Economics; (2) HEC – Paris; and (3) New York University’s Stern School of Business via the TRIUM Program.

I am a partner and condominium manager of Solution Condo, the largest condominium manager in Quebec, and have been since 2012.  Additionally, I am a partner and play an operational role in UpperBee Software – a software platform specifically designed to manage condominiums.  I am a limited licensee in Ontario and am completing the requirements to be a general licensee.

I am a U.S. Citizen and a Canadian permanent resident and grew up outside of Boston.  I now reside in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, with my wife and two children.  I enjoy Skiing, SCUBA diving, and attending/sponsoring CCI and ACMO events, where I get to meet and socialize with all the interesting persons in our industry.

I have spent the last decade developing and growing both businesses, for which the community association industry has supported and given us much.  At this point I am interested in giving something back, which is the reason I have put my name forward to be on the CCI- National Board.  I believe my broad experience and specific strengths, and the resources I command will be an asset to the team and will contribute to the strategy and member support and growth that CCI already provides.  If elected, I am dedicated to fulfilling my role with all the commitment, energy, and resources available to me.
