Condo – President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Director over 10 years. I have been involved in many activates of Condo Management – like, Selection of a Property management Companies, In-terview potential property manager, Selection of service providers for many projects (Chillier,  Lobby/Hallway renovations, Hydro refit, water/savings  studies and many more), reserve fund stud-ies and more. Our condo has shared facilities (SF) with two other condos. I have represented my Condo at SF committee.

I have attended many events organised by CondoStrength and CCI Toronto. There I have met many other directors, and property managers. I have a good understanding of issues/challenges faced by    fellow directors.
