He then earned the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation.  He sits on the Management Advisory Council of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Eastern Ontario chapter while working towards his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Noah has spoken at various CCI events and proudly serves on the board of directors of the CCI Eastern Ontario chapter and is the chair of the Sponsorship committee. Recently he had assisted the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) writing questions for their examinations as a subject matter expert. He has submitted his LCCI application which is being reviewed at the national level.

Career
Noah joined Sentinel following in his mother Cindy’s footsteps who founded the firm in 1987. He started as an Assistant Property Manager and grew from there into his current role as Vice President. When Noah started there were about 6 staff and today there are close to 30. Noah plays a critical role in business development and staffing retention. He works directly with all the firms’ managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel at their job.

Leadership
Noah has been a natural leader ever since the early stages of his life. He learned quickly in the condominium management sector, the only way to run a successful firm is to have a team focused approach that has a leader with a vision. Noah thrives in a team setting which makes him and ideal board member. Noah is also one to dream big and shoot for the moon, he has major plans to for his firm and also for the Condominium industry as a whole. Noah also learned the most important part of leadership is to listen, and through that technique he hopes to be able to add value to CCI by expressing the many thoughts, questions and concerns that come from managers, owners, and board members.

Development
Development is a focus for Noah every single day. It is critical that people are always getting better and developing, and Noah has a proven track record in helping to enhance systems, processes, technologies, and people. Every successful organization must improve and get better, and Noah can bring tangible skills to help develop the organization in whichever capacity is required. Noah’s fear is when things stay the status quo – there is always room for improvement and with a vision and team development is easy.

Volunteer
Volunteering is something that comes naturally to Noah after following in the footsteps of both his parents. Community is everything for Noah, he was born and raised in Metcalfe, ON and spent lots of his free time supporting charity initiatives such as Shroomfest as well as the annual fair. Additionally, Noah actively works to support the Osgoode Care Center which is a local long term care home that requires funds to afford critical enhancements. Noah also has a familial connection to the Royal Ottawa Hospital and does what he can to support the hospital.
