My name is Tiffany Khuu, I have been actively growing in the Real Estate industry for about 13 years, beginning my career with achieving my Residential, Commercial and Rural Real Estate Licensing. I began working along side builders selling/marketing new developments. I decided I wanted to expand my knowledge on the industry and shortly after became a Licensed Property Manager, Managing Condominium Corporations throughout the greater Calgary area and surrounding Cities. At the height of my portfolio, prior to opening my own Brokerage, I managed 13 large sites, had over 90 Board Members I worked with daily, project coordinated multimillion dollar building envelope projects, processed numerous Insurance claims, called Special Assessments and Special Resolutions, chaired AGM’s and actively participated with my Boards to achieve, maintain the health and wealth of the sites. 

After some time, I decided to go independent entering a Partnership and opened my first Brokerage, which provided me with a deeper understanding of all the moving components it takes to run a successful business while maintaining diligence and compliance with all governing bodies. 

My more recent achievement was acquiring my Brokers License a few years ago, I am now in my second Partnership, Avenue Home Realty Inc. I have licencing in Residential, Commercial, Rural Real Estate, Property and Condo Management, my Brokers license, two Brokerages, Real Estate and Condo Management. Avenue Home Realty Inc are members of two Boards, The Calgary Real Estate Board & The Real Estate Association of Edmonton providing Real Estate & Management service throughout Alberta. 

Obtaining a position on the CCI National Board would allow me to better support my industry and its members. I believe experience is education, my intentions are to contribute the skills I have gained throughout my well-rounded, diverse career.
