Outside of my professional life, I'm a multifaceted individual with a passion for dancing, which I've pursued professionally for 18 years. I'm also a devoted bibliophile who believes in the power of knowledge and embraces new ideologies. My commitment to social change reflects my belief in the importance of contributing positively to the world around me. I am constantly engaged in learning and improving my knowledge and understanding.

My journey began with hiring, training, and mentoring property management professionals. I've always believed in the power of strong leadership to drive a team towards success. In my roles as Vice President and Director, I continued to build and strengthen client relationships, fostering loyalty, profitability, and long-term retention.

Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and research are integral to effective property management. I've been instrumental in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that optimize property operations while ensuring compliance with various regulations, including the Condominium Act, OHSA, AODA, and more.

Efficient operations are the backbone of property management. Over the years, I've excelled in vendor management, account governance, and overall optimization of operations, all aimed at delivering top-notch service to clients.

Navigating the complex landscape of regulatory compliance is crucial in property management. I've been well-versed in various regulations, including the Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, Human Rights Act, Pipeda, and more, ensuring that properties under my management always remain compliant.

My educational background includes a Police Foundations Diploma, an EPYP Program Certificate from IIM Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s in commerce with a minor in marketing. Additionally, I hold essential certifications, such as R.C.M (Registered Condominium Manager) and O.L.C.M-GL (General License) in the province of Ontario that are considered essential for working in condominium/strata association.  Continuous learning is essential in my profession, and I've complemented my education with certifications in WHMIS, OHSA, AODA, and more.
