At WNCC 131 Simonson is working with the board to catch on maintenance issues caused by COVID delays. They have executed 14 projects and spent $610,000 last year.

Golden Rock is a family owned a Slate quarry in southeastern British Columbia servicing high end builders in BC, Alberta, and the western USA.

Chief Executive Officer Glove Systems Inc. 2018 - Present
Serving the fabrication and construction industries, Glove Systems supplies the world’s best 3D dimensional measurement and comparison platform. Incorporating the latest in advanced technologies and research, Glove Systems 3D fabrication control platform helps project managers and fabricators manage risk, improve quality, and enhance productivity as they craft and deliver the products and assemblies that form part of our crucial industrial infrastructure.

Chief Executive Officer Coreworx Inc. 2007 - 2017
Coreworx helps their customers mitigate schedule and cost risk through the entire capital project lifecycle. Founded in 1997, Coreworx customers manage a portfolio of more than 900 capital projects valued at over $1.2 trillion. Simonson and his team raised 30 million dollars during his tenure. Simonson led the MBO of Coreworx in 2010.

As Chief Technology Officer for Software Innovation, Ray Simonson is responsible for Software Development, Product Management, and the technology strategy for the company. Software Innovation’s product Coreworx is a portal application for managing documents and project collaboration in the large engineering construction space and is deployed in 25 countries. 

Entrepreneur in Residence - Tech Capital Partners – 2004 2005
Simonson served as the EIR for Tech Capital from early 2004 to Jan 2005. In this role he mentored the technologists in their portfolio of companies and looked at new technology concepts for the partnership.

As SVP & CTO for CheckFree i-Solutions, Simonson was responsible for Software Development, Product Management, Client Services, and the i-Solutions technology strategy. 

Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, BlueGill Technologies: 1996 - 2000
Simonson was a co-founder of Bluegill Technologies in 1996. He recruited and led the BlueGill development team. They created the leading EBPP software product, which was the first commercial XML based Internet application.

CheckFree bought BlueGill in early 2000 for $250M USD.
