Within CCI’s Eastern Ontario Chapter, Constance has served its Board of Directors for 14 years, with former roles of Education Chair, President and currently sits as Vice President. Constance has a lengthy and strong background in both government and the private transportation and communications business sectors. She has extensive experience in project management, working with international consulting and software firms, providing direction and leadership to multi-million dollar projects. She is currently the President of two Condominium Corporations in Ottawa.< br /> < br />
Tania Haluk, Toronto Chapter
Tania has served the condo industry starting as a property manager and working her way through various executive roles over a 30(ish) year career. She holds the OLCM designation from CMRAO and the RCM from ACMO.
Tania’s volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), Toronto and Area Chapter, since 2012 and President from 2018-2020. She is also on an advisory committee for the Condo Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). She is a frequent speaker at CCI, Association for Condo Managers of Ontario (ACMO), and condo community events, and also regularly contributes articles to a variety of industry magazines< br />

Maureen Hancharyk Manitoba Chapter
Maureen Hancharyk has been a condominium owner since 2006 and resides at Stonecrest, Winnipeg Condominium Corporation #495.
Stonecrest consists of 20 townhouse units and 157 apartment style condominiums.
Maureen has served as President of the Stonecrest Board of Directors since 2010
Maureen has participated on the Canadian Condominium Institute, Manitoba Chapter Board of Directors since 2013 and has held the position of President since 2015.
Maureen is currently the Chairperson of the Jocelyn House Hospice Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors of the Jocelyn Hutton Foundation.
Maureen is a retired Registered Nurse and served as the full time elected President of the Manitoba Nurses’ Union from 1998-2008
As President, Maureen chaired the Manitoba Nurses' Union (MNU) Board of Direc-tors and prior to being elected President, served on the MNU Board of Directors since 1985.
Sonja Hodis, CCI National, Events Committee Chair
Sonja Hodis is a condominium lawyer based in Ontario where she advises owners, boards and property management on condominium issues. Sonja has gained recognition for creativity and tenacity in ground breaking human right caselaw in the condominium industry. She also acts as a mediator and arbitrator for condominium disputes. She has worked with CCI at both the Chapter level and National level in various leadership roles. She is the current chair of the National Events committee and recipient of CCI’s Distinguished Service Award. < br />

Devon Cassidy is an Associate lawyer in the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer.
Her practice focus on condominium law and real estate, as well as estates and corporation/commercial matters. She is a frequent lecturer both locally and nationally. Devon is a part-time member of the Dalhousie Law School faculty.
Active in the condominium law community, Devon is the President of the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute and a Director at Large on the National Executive of the Canadian Condominium Institute
