A Special room rate of $139 plus applicable taxes per night is available for those attending the CCI National Leaders’ Forum.

Group Rate will be available to book until April 30th, 2023.

All room reservations will require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

If a member of the group does not check in and has not cancelled his/her reservation by 4:00pm on date of arrival, the individual will be charged for the first night.

Hotel Arrival / Departure Policy:

Reserved rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on departure day.

Luggage storage may be arranged on both arrival and departure days.

An additional night’s stay may be charged for rooms vacated after noon.

Taxis:

Saskatoon airport is located within 15 minutes of the city’s downtown core. Full cab service meets all flights, and the fare is a flat fee of $20.00 to downtown Saskatoon. Positive working relationships with taxi companies help to anticipate high demand needs, efficiently and effectively. Black Car service may also be arranged to greet your delegates at the airport with an average cost of $40.00 for a one-way trip from the airport to downtown Saskatoon.

Rideshare:

Rideshare services are up and running in Saskatoon! Uber has just launched its airport program and is now available to pick up passengers at the airport.
