Andrée Ball, LCCI, Director of Client Relations, Keller Engineering (Ontario)

Andrée Ball is the current President of CCI-National and Director of Client Relations for Keller Engineering where the focus is to assist condominium corporations in Ontario and Alberta protect and maintain their assets.  She is a long-time volunteer board member of the CCI-Eastern Ontario chapter. 

Earlier in her career, Andrée worked for 13 years at one of Ottawa's largest property management firms, 8 years as a Property Manager and 5 years as General Manager. The experience that she gained in the condo world, enables her to know exactly what condo clients need.


Dr. Bill Brooks, Owner, Speaker, Presenter, and Facilitator, eclecthink international (Saskatchewan)

Dr. Bill Brooks, owner of eclecthink international, is a speaker, presenter, and facilitator, specializing in corporate and personal development, by improving innovation, creativity, and problem solving capabilities. His events are thought provoking and challenging that leave audiences with approaches, and tools, and a sense of positivity towards personal and professional growth.

Dr. Brooks has worked in the aerospace, mining, and scientific instrumentation business sectors.  He has also spent time in academic institutions teaching and carrying out research. He has been recognized Industry Canada, Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, and Leadership Saskatoon for his contribution to the development of organizations and individuals.


Adrian Breitwieser, CRP, Capital Planning Specialist, Certified Reserve Planner, Entuitive (Alberta)

Adrian Breitwieser is a Capital Planning Specialist delivering assessments for a broad range of project types. Adrian is a Board Member for CCI-S. Alberta and N. Saskatchewan and the Chair of the National Marketing/Communications Committee.

With 13 years of experience as a Condominium Manager, Adrian has an intimate knowledge of all aspects related to residential and commercial condominiums including building systems, governance, operating and reserve fund budgeting, and insurance to name a few.

His operational experience covers project delivery from start to finish including initial Building Condition Assessments and performance failure investigations; Reserve Fund Studies; Depreciation Reports, Capital Replacement Studies; Building Envelope Condition Assessments (BECA); Building Exterior Visual Assessments (BEVA); Technical Audits; recommendations for restoration and renewal of building envelope systems; and facilitate project administration tasks.


Courtney Cartmill, President & Principal Manager, Culture Property Management (Ontario)

Courtney Cartmill, President & Principal Manager of Culture Property Management has been in the industry for 16 years. Courtney has served as a member & chair for several of the Canadian Condominium Institution (CCI) Chapters & is currently on the CCI-London Chapter Education Committee. Courtney is also a Board Director for the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Courtney started her career in Real Estate, then as a rental manager and moved into a Condominium Management, Courtney Progressed into a Project Manager role before launching Culture Property Management Inc. In London Ontario. Courtney actively writes and promotes articles for industry related media. Courtney is a mentor for new Property Managers and truly loves being involved in the industry and expanding her wealth of knowledge for Condominiums.


Devon Cassidy, Partner, Cox and Palmer, LLP (Nova Scotia)

Devon Cassidy is a Partner in the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer.

Her practice focuses on condominium law and real estate, as well as estates, corporation/commercial matters and insolvency. She is a frequent lecturer both locally and nationally.

Active in the condominium law community, Devon is the President of the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute and Vice President of the National Executive of the Canadian Condominium Institute.


Armand Conant, Head of Condominium Law Group,  Shibley Righton LLP (Ontario)

Armand heads up the Condominium Law Group at Shibley Righton LLP and represents numerous condominium corporations of all types across Ontario. He is a Past-President of the CCI (Toronto), where he served on its Board and as Chair of its Legislative and Government Relations Committee for 18 years.  He currently sits on its Legislative Committee and CCI National’s Government Relations Committee.

Armand is the 2020 recipient of the CCI (Toronto) Distinguished Service Award and a recipient of ACMO’s Special Recognition Award, both of which recognize an individual for special achievements and services that have positively impacted the condominium industry in Ontario.  Armand was also awarded ACMO’s President and Associate Member of the Year Awards.

In addition to writing articles and lecturing on condominium law, Armand is the first lawyer in Ontario to be appointed by the Superior Court as a full Administrator and as an Inspector.  Armand is also an Arbitrator and Mediator (and has an engineering degree).


Jennifer Dickenson, BSc (Hons), OLCM, RCM, LCCI, Condominium Manager, Dickenson Condo Management (Ontario)

Jennifer Dickenson, BSc (Hons), OLCM, RCM, LCCI is the president of the CCI-London and Area chapter and a member of the CCI National executive Board. In her spare time, away from CCI, she works as a Condominium Manager at Dickenson Condo Management in London, ON. Jennifer works to modernize processes as much as possible to increase efficiency and accountability in both her chapter and her business.


Patricia (Gomes) Elia, Senior Lawyer, Elia Associates (Ontario)

Patricia Elia is a senior lawyer with Elia Associates and has practiced law for over 25 years in the areas of condominium law and corporate law. Patricia is intrigued by the interplay of economics the law in condos and critical thinking models in condominiums and she likes to understand people. As a trained mediator, she understands the value of early and creative dispute resolution opportunities. As an active industry participant, she believes that the sharing of knowledge which has the potential to empower Boards of Directors. She has been a Condominium Director for the last 20 years and is a unit owner of a condominium.


Karen Farmer, Coordinator / Crime Free Multihousing, Saskatoon Police Department (Saskatchewan)

When Karen was a child she wanted to repair furnaces, as then you get to see inside people’s homes.  Today Karen Farmer coordinates the Saskatoon Police Service’s Crime Free Multi-Housing (CFMH) program and, working in partnership with property owners, managers, tenants, and other police units, Karen has inspected hundreds of Saskatoon multi-family rentals and condominiums.

Karen has a Masters in Education and decades of adult education experience.  CFMH training enhances the security of buildings and, the people that live and work in them. This community policing program works. Crime is reduced by 25% in buildings that partner with CFMH.


Doug Forbes, Partner, Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP (Manitoba)

Doug was introduced to condominium law as an articling student in 1989, and then as a unit owner. Doug subsequently became a member of the Board of Directors of his Condominium’s Corporation, and eventually President.

Doug has been a professional member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Manitoba Chapter) for over 30 years. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Manitoba Chapter since 1998 and is a Past President of the Manitoba Chapter. Doug is also the Chair of the Manitoba Chapter’s Government Relations Committee.

As a partner in the law firm of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, Doug acts for condominium corporations, developers, lenders, and individuals in apartment, townhouse, and bare land style condominiums. 

Doug says he likes condominium law because “it is a nice mixture of commercial and business law with a human element. There is more at stake than money, it involves how people live, and how they live with each other.”


Seth Henoch, MBA, B.Sc. (Hons), Vice President, Client Executive, BFL CANADA Realty (Manitoba)

Seth joined BFL CANADA Risk and Insurance Services Inc. in 2013 as a Vice President, Client Executive in Winnipeg and has 15 years’ experience in the industry

Seth’s has spent his career focussing on Real Estate and Property Management insurance including Condominium, Apartment and Commercial risks

Seth is a director on the board of CCI Manitoba and Secretary on the Northwestern Ontario board.  Seth also sits on the communications, education and sponsorship committees for CCI Manitoba, as well as the CCI National Risk Management and Finance committee


Jamie Herle, Partner, Cuelenaere LLP (Saskatchewan) 

Jamie Herle is a lawyer who’s practice focuses on general corporate, commercial and business transactions, commercial and residential real estate with a specialty in condominium law. Jamie has been involved in every aspect of condominiums from development to board governance and owner disputes. Jamie has been involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute for 17 years at both a local and national level. She is currently the Chair (Past President) of the National Executive. She frequently presents on condominium issues and provides education courses for board members and owners. In addition to law and condominiums Jamie likes to stay involved in the community volunteering and sitting on various boards and committees when not running after her two daughters.


David Hofman, P.Tech.(Eng.), Building Service/Electrical Manager, MPE Engineering Ltd. (Alberta) 

David Hofman is a Professional Technologist and Building Service Manager at MPE Engineering Ltd. located in Lethbridge Alberta. As a graduate from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, David has leveraged his education and real-world experience during the past 15 years' of consulting engineering projects in the commercial, municipal, and industrial engineering fields. As an Electrical Engineering lead, he designs and reviews electrical systems ranging from five volt to twenty-five kilo volt and everything in between. David strives to provide genuine solutions to support his clients in achieving sustainable and economical solutions. When at home he values his time spent with his wife and children as well as tinkering in the garage, playing drums and kitesurfing.


Nancy Houle, Founding Partner, Davidson Houle Allen, LLP (Ontario) 

Nancy Houle is founding partner of Davidson Houle Allen, LLP, a condominium law firm and has practiced exclusively in the area of condominium law for over 20 years. Actively engaged in promoting the well being of the condominium industry at local, provincial and national levels; Current CCI EO President, Chair of CCI National Government Relations Committee, and frequent speaker on all things condo. 


Henry J. Jansen, P.Eng., ACCI, LCCI, President and Owner, Criterium-Jansen Engineers (Ontario)

Henry Jansen is president and owner of Criterium-Jansen Engineers. Henry graduated from McMaster University in 1992 and earned his P.Eng. license in 1994. He has always been a design engineer helping to solve problems. Henry has extensive commercial facility project management experience in additional to light residential construction experience.

Henry has volunteered with CCI since 2008, primarily sitting on membership or communications committees. Henry’s efforts to support the condominium industry include earning the ACCI designation in 2010, regular blog post and podcast contributor to the for CCI-Grand River Chapter. Henry is a current CCI-Grand River Board of Director. He is also contributing member to PEO Guidelines on Performance Audits and Reserve Fund Studies and contributes to the CCI Ontario Technical Committee advocating for building code changes and home warranty programs.

Henry is a licensed professional engineer in both Ontario and Saskatchewan.


Murray Johnson, OLCM, CCI (Hon's), LCCI, CFTA, Vice President of Client Operations, Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. (Ontario)

Murray joined the board of the CCI Toronto chapter in 2011 and has remained on the board ever since, including two years as chapter president. A frequent presenter, author and consultant, Murray contributes to the condominium industry in Ontario and across the country. Even though Murray is an award-winning manager and volunteer, he can be seen attending continuing education classes as a student or as the instructor. Specializing in new construction condo startups, performance audits and fire code compliance, Murray is also one of the Crossbridge in-house instructors. Recognized as a condominium leader, Murray remains very approachable and is always ready to share a story or two.


Daniel Katzman, Lawyer, Cuelenaere LLP (Saskatchewan)

Daniel Katzman is a lawyer with Cuelenaere LLP. and was called to the Bar in 2019. He maintains an open practice, focussing on Condominium Law and associated topics. He has been a member of the Board for CCI North Saskatchewan since 2021, and joined the Education Committee shortly thereafter. He has presented for CCI North Saskatchewan and CCI South Saskatchewan, as well as writing many articles for both CCI Saskatchewan and CCI National. He enjoys the many opportunities and challenges posed by Condominiums, and looks forward to being involved with CCI for many years to come.


Rachel King, Managing Director, Accounts Team, Redstone Agency/ CCI-T Account Oversight (Ontario)

Rachel King is a results-oriented non-profit leader who has worked in the non-profit sector for the last nine years. As an association management expert, Rachel has worked with over twenty-five different non-profits at the regional, national and international level having served as an Executive Director, Director of Operations and Senior Manager. Rachel prides herself on being an innovative tech guru having led and supported a number of website and database implementations as well as social media and digital strategies. As a marketing and non-profit professional, Rachel has successfully found ways to connect and engage with prospective and current association members, volunteers and sponsors.


Michael Lewicki, LCCI, Real Estate Broker, Terra Firma RE and Solid Rock Realty (Ontario)

Mike has enjoyed working within the condominium world since he joined organized real estate over a decade ago, in Ottawa Ontario. He has an active real estate team that trades in both residential and commercial real estate. Mike is currently Director at Large and Communications Chair of the Eastern Ontario Chapter of CCI, and member of the National Events Committee with CCI National.

When he's not excitedly reviewing status certificates for his bedtime reading, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter seeking out the best local diners!


Lyndon J Linklater, Member, Office of the Treaty Commissioner's Speakers' Bureau (Saskatchewan)

Lyndon J Linklater is a traditional knowledge keeper and storyteller. He has an educational background in Indian Social Work, Indian Studies and some law.

He is a citizen of the Thunderchild First Nation (Plains Cree) in Treaty 6 and has roots in Couchiching First Nation (Fort Francis, Ontario) in Treaty 3.

Presently, Lyndon shares work with the Remai Modern Art Museum in Saskatoon as their Indigenous Relations Advisor providing advice to their board and staff and delivering cultural programming.

He is the longest serving member of the Office of the Treaty Commissioner's Speakers' Bureau, since he was appointed in 2000. Over the years, he has spoken to tens of thousands of people, delivering awareness and enlightenment on Treaty and First Nation worldview.

He is a powerful storyteller that utilizes First Nation teachings that involve knowledge of ceremonies and mixes humour to deliver a poignant message.


Maddy Madeley, Vice President, Redstone Agency (Ontario)

Maddy Madeley is a senior leader at Redstone Agency and has been working in association management since 2010. Maddy has worked with dozens of national and international not-for-profit organizations over the course of her career. Through department oversight of Redstone's association and financial management teams, she is focused on ensuring Redstone clients always receive advice based on best practices and brings a wealth of knowledge in membership engagement, systems and processes management and change management. Maddy also has expertise in providing board and volunteer support and structuring the annual financial reporting systems of many organizations.


Lyndsey McNally, LCCI, Director, Originations, CWB Maxium Financial (Ontario)

Lyndsey McNally has worked with condominium corporations in the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada since 2002 in a variety of roles including administration, physical building management, financial management, organizational management, and policy oversight. At CWB Maxium Financial, Lyndsey develops and implements customized financing solutions for condominium corporations.

Lyndsey was elected to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute in 2018 and is currently President of the Toronto & Area Chapter, and Director-at-Large for the National Executive Board. She is a member of the Discipline Committee for the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, and faculty instructor at Humber College teaching financial management for condominium corporations.

Lyndsey also takes an interest on a municipal level having acted as Chair of the Property Standards and Animal Services Appeals Committee for the Town of Ajax for 2 terms and is a current Board member for the Ajax Municipal Housing Corporation.


Daniel Mireault, Project Manager, Multi-Unit Organics Program, Saskatoon City Hall (Saskatchewan)

Daniel Mireault is a waste diversion project manager with the City of Saskatoon.  He has worked on a variety of waste diversion initiatives for the City.  Most recently, Daniel started working on a plan for multi-family organics diversion.  He has served on Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council’s Board and been involved with many waste diversion organizations in Saskatoon. Daniel holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. In his free time he enjoys the 3Rs - reading, running, and recycling.


Calandra Muller, Senior Account Coordinator, Redstone Agency/ CCI-T Operations Coordinator (Ontario)

Calandra Muller is a highly motivated individual that leverages her creative and strategic mind to problem-solve and adapt. Her experience in events, marketing and communications has enhanced her ability to be organized, communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, and collaborate on initiatives to support business strategies in both corporate and non-profit environments.


Tony Reed, CRM, Senior Vice President, BFL CANADA Realty (Alberta)

Tony joined BFL CANADA in 2014. In 2020, he transitioned into the role of Senior Vice President leading the Real Estate Team in the Prairies. His responsibilities include strategic planning, insurer relations, team development, managing client relationships, and pursuing growth opportunities. Tony also manages a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector and has built a solid reputation for leadership and integrity. 

Tony was born and raised in Ottawa, ON and has resided in Alberta for 25 years with his wife and 2 teenage daughters. He is proud to call Calgary home.  

Tony is currently a Director-at-Large on the CCI National Executive Board and earlier served as VP on the CCI Southern Alberta Board.  Additionally, he is the Vice Chair on the ACMEC (Alberta Condominium Management Education Consortium.    

Tony holds the CRM designation (Canadian Risk Manager) and puts great emphasis on assisting clients with solid preventative risk management solutions and claims advocacy.


Anand Sharma, Owner / Broker of 113 West Management (Alberta)

Anand Sharma is the owner/broker of 113 West Management, a condominium management firm in Edmonton. He has worked within the condominium industry since 2008 and has been a strong voice on behalf of the condominium community over the past fifteen years. He is currently serving his tenth term as the President of the North Alberta Chapter of CCI. He also co-chairs the Government Advocacy Committee.

Anand currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Alberta Real Estate Foundation (AREF) and is Chair of the Alberta Condominium Management Education Consortium (ACMEC).

In his spare time, Anand enjoys curling in bonspiels across Alberta.


Igor Sinelnyk, Franchise Owner, PuroClean Restoration Saskatoon (Saskatchewan)

Igor Sinelnyk has been part of the Restoration industry for almost a decade, and the majority of that time has been with PuroClean. During those years, PuroClean has serviced thousands of customers and helped them with their restoration process after water, fire, hoarding and biohazard damages. Igor earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Residential Construction at Institute of Economics and Information Technologies (Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia). Igor is actively involved in field operations and customer care each day as well as the documentational part of projects.


Donna Singbeil, Associate Director of Residential Management, ICR Commercial Real Estate (Saskatchewan)

Donna is the President of the Board of the North Saskatchewan Canadian Condominium Institute Chapter and is currently Co-Chair of the CCI Nation Council (representing 17 Chapters across Canada).  She has previously sat on the Saskatchewan Justice Advisory Committee regarding the 2014 amendments to the Saskatchewan Condominium Property Act and frequently speaks about condominium issues at seminars. She is eager to help clients efficiently manage their properties and condo owners better understand condo legislation and regulations.  Donna joined the ICR Commercial Real Estate Property Management team in 2005. She has extensive experience with condominium development and a paralegal background in Corporate and Real Estate law and a Notary Public.


Abbie Thurgood, Associate Broker, Three by Three Inc. (Alberta)

Abbie Thurgood (she/her) is a highly accomplished professional who serves as the Vice President of CCI South AB and is also an Associate Broker for Three by Three Inc. With years of experience in the Condominium Management industry, Abbie has made significant contributions to the growth and success of both organizations. Abbie is also an appointed hearing panel member for The Real Estate Council of Alberta to oversee and uphold industry standards.

She is a dedicated and hardworking individual who always goes the extra mile to ensure that all personal and professional objectives are met. Her ability to identify opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients has been instrumental in the success of Three by Three Inc.

Outside of work, Abbie is an avid thrill seeker and musician and loves a night out with excellent food, friends and conversation. She is also actively involved in several not-for-profit initiatives and is passionate about giving back to her community.


Walter Wakula, MBA, ICD.D, President, Foothills Global Capital Group Inc. (Alberta)

Walter Wakula has over 30 years of senior financial management and corporate and condo directorship experience. He is a Director and Treasurer of CCI South Alberta and a member of CCI National's Risk Management and Finance Committee. Walter is also President of Foothills Global Capital Group Inc. which advises clients on responsible financial management.
