Steve Osmond is an established professional in the property management industry with a career spanning over three decades. With a background deeply rooted in property management and holding both an Accredited Residential Manager and Certified Property Manager designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Steve served as the driving force behind a property management company, eventually transforming it into the largest private residential property management firm in St. John's, NL. and in 2010, ventured westward to Calgary, where he continued to make his mark in the industry. He took on roles with progressively larger corporations, serving as a regional property manager responsible for overseeing portfolios in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia for large multinational firms. This experience further honed his skills and expanded his understanding of the diverse property management landscape in Canada.

Currently, Steve is the proud owner and broker of New Leaf Properties in Calgary, Canada, where he leads a small but dedicated team of six professionals. His wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience uniquely position him as a valuable candidate for a nomination to the CCI National board, where he can contribute his insights and leadership to benefit the industry on a broader scale.
