Get Ready: The Alberta Condo Conference Is Here!

From the Winter 2026 issue of the CCI South Alberta CCI Review

You spoke, and we listened! The Canadian Condominium Institute's South Alberta Chapter (CCISA) is thrilled to announce the launch of a bold, new, independent conference: the Alberta Condo Conference.

Mark your calendars for October 2 and 3, 2026, as we take over the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary for an event designed from the ground up to deliver unparalleled value and connection.

Why the Change? A New Vision, Direct Control, and Unmatched Value

We heard your feedback—exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees—and we're taking decisive action. We decided it was time to establish a CCI-branded conference that meets the high standard of proficiency and prestige that our peer chapters across Canada have achieved.

With CCISA now in direct control, we have a clear, ambitious plan: to make this the most successful conference ever. You will see a major improvement in the value you receive as an attendee, and stakeholders will find a vastly superior return on investment.

What to Expect at the Alberta Condo Conference

  • Exceptional Programming: We’re building on the best of previous events, featuring our popular Trade Show, insightful Panel Discussions, and focused Breakout Sessions.
  • Elevated Experience: We are significantly upgrading the conference experience, starting with elevated food and beverage options throughout the two days.
  • Maximum Exposure: Our CCISA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be held as part of the event on Friday, October 2. This change provides our members with an unparalleled opportunity to engage directly with our valued exhibitors and sponsors, setting the direction for the chapter alongside our key supporters.

Important Note on the Alberta Condominium & Real Estate Conference (ACR)

This means CCISA has officially withdrawn its participation from the ACR (now moved to June). While our previous partners—the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta—will continue with a new iteration under that brand, we firmly believe the best opportunity for our stakeholders to connect and succeed is at this CCI-headlined event. (For reference, 84% of attendees reported hearing about the previous conference directly from CCISA—our voice is your best channel to connect with the condo community).
