The CCI Condo Podcast, presented by the Grand River Chapter, and hosted by Michelle Dyer, offers insight, perspective, and advice across all sectors of the condominium industry.
Since the podcast’s launch in mid-2022, the show has had the privilege of having a multifold of professionals and individuals across the Grand River area as guests.
As the audience grows every single show, bringing in new or familiar voices, the feedback received for the podcast has been unanimously met with cheers of “Bring us another episode!”
However, sometimes, as is natural, the audience may need a refresher on our past episodes.
In episode 32, titled “Parties and Condo Living: What to Expect in Multi-Residential Communities” our host Michelle Dyer, is joined by Sara Hicks (MF Property Management), to discuss the issue.
Sara Hicks brings with her, a wealth of knowledge and insight when it comes to the issue. Not only does she has an extensive career as a property manager, but she is also co-owner and vice-president of MF Property Management in Guelph, Ontario.
From discussing owners who were unaware they purchased a condo because it was a townhouse, to parking garage disputes, to firework casings, Michelle and Sara share real-life stories, and how they handled those very situations.
