What is an Effective Condo Director?
Join Sonja Hodis as well as our breakout room facilitators (Patricia Elia, Michele Farley, Ryan Griffiths, Debbie Dale, Ashley Winberg and Blair Spinney) as we explore what makes an effective director. While the Condominium Act and a condominium’s by laws create the bare minimum criteria to qualify for the director position we all know that it takes more than just these bare minimum requirements to be an effective director.
